About

Teylor Ellis, PA, is an Indianapolis native and attended Hanover College in Hanover, IN and earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and Integrative Physiology. She earned her Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies at IU Indianapolis. During her studies, she interned with the Indiana State Department of Health in the primary care unit and with Gennesaret Free Clinics. She is board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physican Assistants.

Teylor has been a Physician Assistant since 2022 and is passionate about Primary Care, appreciating the connections she’s able to develop with her patients and being a part of their life-long health journey. She enjoys caring for patients of all ages and her areas of focus include preventative and lifestyle medicine.

Outside of work, Teylor is a self-proclaimed foodie, travel enthusiast, loves coffee, and enjoys spending time with her family. Teylor is a Packers fan and Celtics fan by proxy and loves to attend or watch sporting events on her days off.
