LPN or MA

A successful candidate will possess previous clinical experience assisting Medical Providers with procedures and providing direct patient care. Prior community health center experience preferred, but not required. Knowledge of medical terminology and the function of medical equipment are expected. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must. Candidates will be expected to function independently, while handling a variety of responsibilities. Primary tasks will include telephone and walk in triage, assisting with patient education and back office procedures and referrals. You must possess excellent customer service skills along with a strong desire to work with a diverse population. A qualified LPN candidate will be a graduate of an accredited nursing program with a valid Indiana license; Medical Assistant candidates will have completed a Medical Assistant Certification program; and current CPR documentation is preferred.
